Preamble
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, otherwise known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) sets out the legal framework applicable to the processing of personal data. The GDPR strengthens the rights and obligations of data controllers, data processors, data subjects and data recipients.
Subsequently, and in order to implement the changes of the RGPD, Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the Data Protection Act, was amended by Law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, by Order no. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018 and by Decree no. 2019-536 of 30 May 2019 on rights and obligations with regard to the protection of personal data.
The regulations applicable to the protection of personal data thus include the following texts:
- the RGPD ;
- the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), as updated by the aforementioned texts;
- Cnil recommendations.
Article 12 of the RGPD requires that data subjects be informed of their rights in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible manner.

Comments – Media – Embedded content – Contact form
The site does not allow you to post comments or upload media other than as an administrator, nor does it allow you to create an account or embed external content such as videos. We therefore do not collect any data, nor do we allow others to collect data about visitors to this site.
The contact form sends an email to the person in charge of liaising with people requesting information. The contact form data is not stored. Only an email is sent. The contact form is the only form on the site.
Statistical monitoring of site usage
The site uses the WordPress Matomo plugin to track site traffic. Site statistics remain on the same server as the website. No cookies are used to track site traffic. The data is anonymised. We therefore do not collect any personal data via the statistical monitoring of the site.
Cookies
The only cookie used on the site is the WordPress session cookie. It does not store any personal data, is necessary for the site to function and expires once the session has ended (generally when the browser is closed). The site administrator also needs a cookie to log in and carry out maintenance operations. No data is therefore collected on site users. Nor does the site allow any particular identification of other users (for example, to post comments or articles).
