All over the world,
people who walk in the darkness of war,
in addition to the violence they suffer,
find themselves isolated by the indifference of the world.
Moreover, the civilian population that should be protected,
becomes the most affected, as hostages in conflicts.
We, the International Movement of the Apostolate of Children (MIDADE), carry a strong and indignant voice before the situation of the most vulnerable people and especially children here and there, taken as targets, defenseless and in the greatest indifference.
Attacking children is:
– Denying that a future is possible,
– Killing the seed of peace,
– Choosing a culture of death.
The God of Life expects from us:
– respect for the lives of children,
– that we build peace for all,
– and that the most fragile people are the most protected.
A light of future and peace is only possible,
if we protect children today!
