Le R\u00e9v\u00e9rend P\u00e8re Assanga est officiellement choisi pour occuper le poste d\u2019Aum\u00f4nier International du Mouvement International d\u2019Apostolat des Enfants (MIDADE).
Cette nomination exprime la confiance plac\u00e9e en sa personne, en ses qualit\u00e9s pastorales et en son engagement constant au service de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la jeunesse et de la mission universelle de l\u2019\u00c9glise.
Le P\u00e8re Assanga aura d\u00e9sormais la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner spirituellement le mouvement au niveau international, de soutenir la coh\u00e9sion et la vitalit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes et de nourrir l\u2019esp\u00e9rance au sein des communaut\u00e9s du MIDADE \u00e0 travers le monde.
Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien institutionnel de son Eglise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e9 en 1983 et ordonn\u00e9 pr\u00eatre \u00e0 30 ans pour les Oblats missionnaires de Marie (OMI), la P\u00e8re Asanga Aruna Nanayakkara est directeur et aum\u00f4nier du Mouvement Sri Lankais (La.Kri.Vi.) depuis 2021.
Il est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en psychologie et psychologie de l\u2019enfant, en philosophie et en th\u00e9ologie.
Par ailleurs, il est juge de Paix pour l\u2019Ile du Sri Lanka, il anime des retraites communautaires et spirituelles au Sri Lanka et est le repr\u00e9sentant de l4eglise Catholique aupr\u00e8s du forum des responsables religieux aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019UNICEF.
Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la Rencontre Internationale du Midade de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2025 en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et se r\u00e9jouit de pouvoir contribuer de cette nouvelle mani\u00e8re \u00e0 la vie du Midade au service des enfants du Monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
